Trove General Store believes in respecting every individual's privacy, and we will never share any personal information exchanged during your order. Your name, credit card details, billing and shipping address', and/or email address are used only for fulfilling your order, and will not be saved or redistributed in any manner.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
All orders are shipped via FedEx, with rates determined by package weight and parcel destination. Orders can be sent both domestically and internationally. For expedited shipping, please email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org. Sales tax will only be included if we are shipping within the state of Pennsylvania.
Returns + Exchanges
We will gladly take back any unused or unworn merchandise, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, within 14 days of receiving your order. An exchange can be made or a return can be issued as a store credit or via your chosen payment method. Please email email@example.com to have your return authorized and processed prior to shipment. Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee and shipping costs incurred during the process are non-refundable. Please note that our web policy varies from that of our brick and mortar store, which allows only for exchanges or store credit.
